As part of the Soil and Plant Diagnostic module, 33 students of the B.Sc. Organic Agriculture (2nd Year), along with a module tutor from the College of Natural Resources, Lobesa, visited the National Soil Services Center on March 12th. The objectives of the visit were to familiarize students with the center’s vision, mandate, objectives, research, and developmental work implemented by the center toward fulfilling the development of organic agriculture in the country. The Offtg. Program Director, along with the Program Heads, attended the briefing and gave a presentation on the overview of the center. Furthermore, the participants interacted with the program heads and discussed various issues on organic agriculture.
